sooo yummy! Caleb made sure my order was just right

Drista and Tasin were absolutely wonderful. We live quite a distance from Pokeworks, & we went in for a late dinner before closing, which I felt a bit guilty about. However, my worries were quickly put to rest by Drista’s exceptional kindness and understanding. She went above and beyond by helping us separate the food so that we could reheat it, as well as wouldn’t get soggy during our trip, back home. Tasin cooked our salmon to perfection! We’ve encountered issues with having our poke torched cooked here in the past, as the girl who handled our poke then claimed that it wasn’t possible to flame cook it the way we wanted. I am thrilled with our experience tonight. I hope to have these two outstanding employees help with our food in the future as well as Caleb, who is exceptionally at his job and who we usually have making our poke when we visit Pokeworks during the day.

I had an amazing experience at Poke Works! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Caleb. Their friendliness set the tone for my visit. The service was incredibly fast, even during a busy lunch rush. Caleb took the time to answer my questions about the menu, making great recommendations that I thoroughly enjoyed! My order was prepared exactly as I requested, and it was delicious. I was really impressed with how clean the restaurant was, and Caleb’s positive attitude made the atmosphere even better. It's clear they take pride in their work. Overall, my experience at Poke Works was fantastic, thanks in large part to Caleb. I’ll definitely be back for another meal!

First time here! Made our own poke bowl, great selections! Caleb was very patient with us when ordering and made our first time great! Food is great and tasty, their classic sauce is delicious. They also have boba for all the boba lovers!

This little hole-in-the-wall spot in Southlake is worth ever bit of time, money, and attention. After I ate there the first time, I quickly got on my Facebook to tell everyone that it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I have been back several times since then! The food is fresh, plentiful, and delicious! What I really like is the people who work there. The lady who helped me the first time couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained how ordering works, the different options, and was patient and had a great attitude. I wish I had gotten her name! I went in today and a young man helped me and his name was Caleb. Again, Southlake has a ton of places to eat but I really like the people here. Caleb was just another great example—so friendly, kind, helpful, and quick. If food like this and people like him are what this company is built on, there should be stores popping up all over the place! Thank you all so much! What a blessing!

I love Poke and had been traveling for weeks without any, so I was thrilled to be back and have my fave! Everything was freshly stocked and looked amazing. Caleb was working alone and still took the time to help me come up with a new combo. I loved it so much I ordered take out for dinner after having lunch onsite. Portions are a good size. I come often and was so happy to be back.
